Here at The Salcombe Delicatessen we aim to locally source as many of our products and ingredients as possible, with the South West being home to so many fantastic producers of food and drink. Over time we have established a wonderfully diverse selection of products that the region has to offer, and which we are continually looking to grow.

Our traditional hand crimped pasties are filled with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and are freshly baked here at the deli in a variety of flavours, including Traditional Steak, Beef & Stilton, Cheese & Onion and Roasted Vegetable. An assortment of savoury pastries including sausage rolls and pork pies fill our counters alongside a range of gluten free pastries. Our cheese counter is full of some of the best cheese locally produced. A few of our favourites include both the Sharpham Brie and Rustic from the Sharpham Estate in Totnes, Devon Blue from the Ticklemore Cheese Dairy, and the nettle wrapped Cornish Yarg from the Lynher Dairies in Truro, Cornwall.Although our main focus is on the produce of local dairies, our selection extends to a variety of British and continental cheese.
Charcuterieand Antipasti
Alongside our Devon cooked Ham, the continental favourites feature amongst our charcuterie range, including Milano Salami, Chorizo and Prosciutto.A diverse antipasti selection accompanies our charcuterie range, with an assortment of olives, stuffed peppers, borettane onions and sweet picante peppadew peppers.
Preservesand Chutneys
We stock the award winning The Bay Tree jams, marmalades, pickles, chutneys and relishes. Made in Plymouth, they love to create the traditional combinations you’d expect to find, but they are also constantly experimenting with new ideas and flavours. Their delicious preserves make perfect accompaniments to our cheese, and their assorted jams make an incredible Devon cream tea.Our selection of South Devon Chilli Farm products are ideal for those that like a little spice. With chillies that are home grown and cooked on their ten acre farm on the outskirts of Loddiswell, Kingsbridge, their best seller and our personal favourite is the versatile Chilli Jam.
TasteDevon Crab
Devon has a long history in the fishing industry and to this day it is still recognised for its bountiful shellfish trawling, in particular crab. The pure white, hand picked crab that fill our freshly made sandwiches, baguettes and salads, is sourced directly here in Devon by Kingfisher Brixham. Their traditional hand picking methods provide the very best crab meat.TreleavensIce Cream
Treleavens, our award winning artisan ice cream has been established for over 15 years, and is hand made in Bodmin, Cornwall. The combination of traditional methods, fresh ingredients and natural flavourings, has created a delicious range of intense flavours that has something to suit all palates and ages.
